This behavior has been resolved and deployed to the production environment in version 2.1.
When grading assignments in the iOS Teacher app that display grade as percentage, if you grade using the slider, sliding the grade to 100 will apply 100%, but tapping the 100 at the end of the slider will apply 100 points rather than 100%.
Tapping the 100 at the end of the slider should apply 100% instead of points when the grade is displayed as percent.
No workaround exists at this time.
Prerequisites: Published course with active teacher and student
Create an assignment, set display grade to percent, give assignment a point value.
Make a submission as a student.
In the teacher app, go to the submission, expand grading area, use the slider. Tap the 100 and notice that points rather than % is applied.
