I am attempting to import a large question library that has been exported from a D2L course into Canvas. I am not having any luck. It simply will not import the quizzes or the library of questions. I don't have issues with importing all quizzes just the ones using question libraries from D2L.
Anyone run into this issue and have a potential solution?
Hello Robert,
Have you considered using K16 Solutions to help you migrate your course content from Brightspace to Canvas? Full disclosure: I work for K16 Solutions - but we've migrated many institutions from Brightspace to Canvas over the years. Feel free to take a look at the below case study of our moving University of Memphis from Brightspace to Canvas.

Hi Robert,
Have you tried to convert it into a QTI .zip file and then import it into your course using the Import Course Content feature. You can also import from other sources like a CSV file using a converter tool.
