To ensure a smooth implementation, tailor your LearnPlatform Rollout plan to fit your specific educational ecosystem. Develop a communication plan that addresses your staff’s unique needs and pain points. We recommend utilizing a mix of communication modes, including walkthrough videos, in-person professional development, and scheduled time with leadership. Additionally, leverage pre-existing channels such as newsletters, district websites, committee meetings, and Professional Development Days to make communication easy and effective.

Communication Plan-

LearnPlatform is intended to be a helpful resource that educators can use to find and identify products that have been vetted by their district admin. They can also use LearnPlatform to be a part of building an EdTech ecosystem by requesting new EdTech products, sharing feedback on products they use, and or participating in product reviews. Develop a communication plan, to determine what information is important for them to know. 

Essential information:

• How do they log in?
• What is the EdTech Library and why is it important to your district/staff? 
• What do the statuses mean? Any other custom tags, filters, or lists?
• What are some of the reasons that they should access your EdTech Library? 
• What functionality/information is most important to share?

Additional optional information:

• How do I submit a request for a new product?
• What happens after I submit a request?
• What should I do if I receive an email asking for my feedback or to review a product?
