1 Student not importing from SIS to Mastery Connect

I am missing 1 student in my trackers that I used the SIS to create class list.  I have tried to search up how to manually add her and your help screens do not match what I am seeing on my screens.  For example: your help screen says to: 1. Open Tracker  2. Open People Menu  3. Select "Add Student"  - this is not an option for me.  I have "Student" and then it links me to the list of students already in the system and there is no way to add a new one.  

Please help me know how to manually add a student into my trackers or re-sync the SIS list.  I am not sure if our PowerSchool is linking properly to Mastery Connect.  My student shows up in PowerSchool (our SIS?), but not in my Mastery Connect.  How can I fix that or add her myself?

We have this issue as well.  The only thing that worked for us was to make a new Tracker and manually add student names to the Tracker.

This sounds like an SIS issue. I would contact your district admin for mastery connect to see if your SIS is updating mastery connect rosters correctly.
