I am making a quiz app and want to be able to have the student scores sent into a teacher's tracker. Is there an API for this with Mastery Connect?

Yes, we have APIs; https://community.canvaslms.com/t5/Mastery-Connect-Admin/tkb-p/masteryconnect_admin 

Ongoing help is always available from your Mastery Connect User Account > click on the Question Mark in the upper right > click on “Submit a support request”.
