Are assessment submit times captured anywhere?

My students took a test the other day with a Guest Teacher (I was absent). I received a message from a parent stating her child did not have enough time to complete the test. When I am in class, this student tends to rush and just do whatever necessary to finish fast. Is there a way to see what time she submitted her Mastery Connect assessment?
