After an outage on September 1, the Instructure Community is now fully available, including guides, release notes, forums, and groups. If some styling still looks unusual, clear your cache and cookies.

I gave an assessment today and printed bubble sheets this morning. It will not let me scan them OR enter answers manually. Below is the error message I get when I try to scan the assessments in.
I am having the exact same issue!! Hopefully this means it is the system and not something I did!

Did you check that the assessment window was still open and the scanned assessment was the correct one? Also note that Bubble sheet scoring is not available for assessments that contain rubric criteria or technology enhanced items (TEIs). TEIs must be assessed electronically and cannot be scanned in a bubble sheet. If the issue continues I would contact you district admin for mastery connect.
Some of the bubble sheets scan and some give the error message, but it's for the same assessment.
I am having the same issue. About half of a class will scan correctly and the other half will give me the same message you received.
