Converting Assessments from a 4 point scale to a 3 point scale.

I have a provided set of CERs but they are on a 4 point scale and need to be converted to a 3 point scale. I can't download, I can't clone them so how am I do accomplish this task?

Please reach out to your district admin to work with the CER to convert those assessments for you. Since the assessments are owned and created by the CER, they need to be converted by the CER and then shared with you again.
