Deleting a student's previous score not working

I have a student re-taking a course. Her grades from the earlier semester are showing up in the current semester's mastery connect assessment for her midterm and final. When I try to reset or delete these scores the system flashes, then repopulates with her last semester's scores. Any ideas would be appreciated.

HI DanielJGilbert, I would try to archive the student to see if that prevents the old scores from populating. If it is from a SIS, you can only archive the student in the tracker. If they were manually added you can also delete the student from the previous tracker. I am not sure you would want to do that if you need to keep records of scores and grades and don't have them stored another way.
