Having trouble with drag and drop items

I assigned a drag and drop item to my students. In the item, it states that some of the answers will be used more than once. However, once students drag the item to a box, it disappears and cannot be used again for another box. Students cannot get the correct answer because several of the answers should appear in all the boxes.
