MasteryConnect scores not syncing in Canvas

I tried to give a MasteryConnect test through Canvas two weeks ago as normal (by creating a Canvas assignment with MasteryConnect as the submission type), but students were unable to access the test. It gave them the error that the test was not found. I ended up giving them a hardcopy of the test and I graded it by hand. When I went back and entered each student's responses question by question on MasteryConnect so I could collect mastery data, their tests were scored on MasteryConnect, but these scores only synced to the Canvas gradebook for 4 students out of around 60.  

Last week, I tried to give another MasteryConnect assessment via Canvas and it, again, gave students the error that the test was not found. So, I had students access the test directly through MasteryConnect. They were able to take the test and it was scored by MasteryConnect.  But these scores also only synced to Canvas for a handful of students. 

How do I force the syncing of these two test grades for ALL of my students. Please do not tell me that I have to manually enter grades into the Canvas gradebook after I already had to manually enter student responses for each test question on the first test for two classes.

Hello,

It sounds like you need to make sure to activate the mastery tracker in the canvas course by enabling in the navigation settings. Once you do that and connect your tracker to the Canvas course, you will be able to operate mastery connect within Canvas. If you do this and create assessments on the tracker while operating mastery connect in Canvas, then the assessments you create are automatically generated as assignments in the associated canvas course that can be published for students to take.
