Missing Student

I have a student that was added to my class nearly two weeks ago. This student's name is still not appearing in my Mastery Connect so her scores are not entered for comparing data with my kinder team. She appears in my ASPIRE which is where my Mastery Connect roster pulls from. I'm not sure how to fix it so her scores can be entered too.
