Missing Test

I have a student who shows up in the Social Studies teacher's tracker but the test is not available to him. If I search the student name, he does not have the SS listed, only his Science class. How can I solve this? We also tried by having him enter the test code and it said that the test was not available for him. The SS teacher has given classroom tests and they were available, but the Benchmark test made by Mastery Connect is not available for him to take.

@StephanieRippy - Sounds like something you should contact Mastery Connect support about. They can find the student and make sure he is connected properly through his student ID and so forth.
