Asking this question again because it has not been addressed in previous forums. In the settings for an assessment, an option for multiple attempts exists. However, it does not work. We have tried to delete the students score and reopen the assessment. It does not work. Why does the option exist if the feature does not actually work? Is this a feature our district needs to turn on?

Hello,
You can reopen a submitted formative assessment for students by following these directions. If it was a benchmark, then you need to reach out to the district admin who created the assessment. If you have further questions or issues with it please contact your CSM.
