Number of Answer Choices on an Uploaded Multiple Choice Questions

I uploaded an assessment and am trying to figure out how to make it have only 4 answer choices on the multiple choice instead of 5.  When I go to make the key, it gives me 5 choices (a-e) and my assessment only has 4 choices (a-d).  How can I fix this?

Changing the number of answer choices in a document-based assessment from 5 choices (a-e) it is not currently possible in Mastery Connect. I see a related open idea in the Community under "More Multiple Choice Options in Document Test", but your need for fewer answer choices is also important. You can make a suggestion by submitting an idea or by creating a help ticket with the "ticket type" set to Feature Request. Being able to change the number of answer choices by adding or subtracting definitely seems to be needed to match up to a variety of assessments, and maybe this feature will become available in the future. - Jen
