Online Assessments - Download Ability

When I assess students online and upload a document, students are able to download the document I uploaded. I want this setting turned off so students do not have access to the test after class is over. They can share the test to other students if they are able to download it.

Hi @KatrinaZorbas! I think I know what you mean - for a document-based assessment, this Download button was in the testing window.

Is that what students are using to download the document?

I am not sure whether a change was made and just not mentioned in the Release Notes, but when I preview a student test window for a document-based assessment, I only see the Upload icon and not the Download icon.

Just curious if that is your current experience or does the Download icon still display?
