When first working in Canvas several months ago, I was able to create Outcomes and change mastery levels as well as the calculation methods. I realized that once you create outcomes in a course the format becomes locked and it is a mess to change things. So I had my IT create a new course so I could try a different type of mastery and calculation, but once I got into the new course the mastery and calculation were locked. I emailed my IT about it and they cannot see why I cannot change things. They checked my settings and cannot see what is wrong. So they told me to reach out to you. The online chat said your office was closed, so I was told to add a question here. Thanks!
