Some students are showing "NO SCORE" on reports; but have a score of 11/12 or 8/12 on the tracker.

Two students who took make up tests have a fractional score on the tracker 11/12. But for each standard remediation is indicated and when a report is run the student has no data found and show NO SCORE on printed score sheet.
