Teacher Data Synch

Hi,

I have a teacher, who is assigned to a new school.. She is still listed under her old school on Mastery Connect even though Stars has it correct with her current school. Are you able to fix this issue? More than 72 hours which I believe is enough time for the synch to occur. Please advise. Thank you.
