Team (Teacher) Comparison

Last year, our data coordinator invited us through Mastery Connect as she created us a "Team" so that we could compare standards and scores for our team through each assessment. Everything was working just fine last year and we could see all our scores within our "team" folder.  Now we CANNOT see our scores at all with our "Team" folder.  It is pulling up one teacher but not together.  We cannot figure out why it is not working. Can you help and tell us why it is not working? How do we fix this?

I would make sure that all users are on the team by clicking on your name, then Profiles> My Teams. If the people are not on the team, be sure to add them. Something else to make sure every teacher is using the exact same assessment. If one teachers clones it and give the cloned version, that is essentially a different test because it was cloned. Data will only show for students who took the same exat assessment. I would check both those things and if those are set correctly, I would reach out to support for technical support.

Well last year we could all clone the assessment and give it under our own account. We wouldn’t change the name at all but we reached cloned it to our account though so it would show up in our own. We could even put our name at the end of the name and it would pull up all of ours under the team folder. Now it doesn’t take pull up anything since this update. Our news feed doesn’t even show up on the Dashboard anymore either. We have to go around the world through our profile to even see the news feed now. Any thoughts on the problem now?

When cloning an assessment, it creates a new version which would not pull all the data together. This has always been the functionality of the reports. If one teacher creates the assessment, the teachers can just add that assessment to their tracker and do not need to clone it. 
Also, the news feed was removed from the main page so there was more focus on the trackers and what teachers access every day. Sorry for any inconvenience this has caused.

I understand what you are saying.  But last year when we did this and the year before it did not work that way.  We could clone it and use it as our individual test for each class and it still pulled up in the data as a whole under the "Team" folder. I guess that is why we are so confused as to why it all of sudden is not working the same as it has for the past 2-3 years.  We all create some assessments/work for our trackers and at times we share these together.  It just has not done this until now.
