I have a teacher who keeps getting an message when she tries to add her assessment in Canvas from Mastery Connect. I have attached a screenshot of the message. She thought it was a Canvas issue, but when I called Canvas support they confirmed it is a Mastery Connect issue. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot?
