mastery connect assessments not reporting

When I complete an assessment (rubric based) in mastery connect, sometimes on the assessment page it lists it as complete and reporting. Other times, even though every student has scores and I have put the scores in the very same way, it says it is not complete (for instance, 0/6), and that it is not reporting. The blue bar graph on the left hand side is empty instead of filled. 

There does not seem to be any decipherable pattern to when or why this is happening. All of my assessments are rubric based, using CASEL competency standards (I am a special education teacher in an SEL setting). My partner teacher and I created our own curriculum map based on these competencies. We have 5 standards and between them, 14 sub-standards. It is happening to both my tracker and my partner's tracker.
