student and issues with increased submissions.

student accidentally submitted early. Tried to add a second attempt for him to complete the assessment as I could not figure out how to undo. THe screen showed multiple attempts but the system would not allow him to do more than one.

Anyone else ever have this happen or have a solution?

Hello @DerekDemmler .  Mastery Connect Assessments can not have multiple submissions, even though Canvas Assignments have that feature.  So, if you would like to give your student another chance, you can:

(1) Delete the student's score out of the Mastery Connect tracker and then it will be available for the student to take it again.

OR

(2) Add the assessment to the tracker again and assign it again like it is a different assignment.  (This option allows you to keep the first score and see the progress.)
