[Mastery Connect] Translate to Arabic

Problem statement:

Assessments in Mastery Connect cannot be translated into Arabic. We have a large number of Arabic-speaking students. It would be helpful if the assessments in Mastery Connect could be translated into Arabic. When we use Canvas quizzes in the browser, we can use the translate page feature but this is not an option in Mastery Connect.

Proposed solution:

Add Arabic as a language option in Mastery Connect.
