Can't import new quizzes on a course

I work for two different institutions that use canvas, i want to export one new quizzes from one institution to the other, i tried exporting a course, i tried exporting a QTI, but it doesn't work. It just doesn't import anything, i tried this with multiple courses. I't kind of frustrating because i was told new quizzes were going to be better but i'm having more issues now than before.

Hi there, @Gobicarrera ...

Do you have access to Canvas Commons in both of your institutions' Canvas environments?  If so, you could try this:

1. In your course with the New Quiz, click on the "Quizzes" course navigation button.
2. Find the new quiz in question, and then click on the three-dot kebab icon to the far right of the quiz name.
3. Click on the "Share to Commons" option to share to Commons.  The quiz may take a short bit of time to appear within Commons. How do I share a resource to Commons?
4. Once the quiz has been shared, go to your other Canvas environment and import the quiz from Commons to your course.  How do I import and view a Commons resource in Canvas?
