Combining Test Banks in New Quizzes

When writing new questions for my first quiz in New Quizzes, I created a Test Bank for the questions but then its name didn't seem to be recognized for the next few questions I wrote.  So each time (for 15-20 questions) I put in the same test bank name as a new test bank.  When I finished writing the questions, I found that I have 15 test banks with apparently one or two questions each.  HOW CAN I COMBINE these 15 test banks (all having the same unusual name) into one test bank??  I wanted to have 10 questions drawn randomly from the one test bank.  Can I create a new test bank with a different name and then put all the questions into it as an old test bank, finally deleting all the little test banks that have that nice name I used over and over?
