I can't delete Item Banks

I migrated a classic quiz over and the item banks that were created are worthless to me, but I can't get rid of them. When I click on the trash can, nothing happens. Shouldn't I be able to delete them?

**Edited to add I also can't import anything into them (they're blank).

Thank you for reaching out, that should absolutely be something you can do by selecting the trashcan and deleting the item bank. 

I would recommend double checking with Canvas support and seeing if they can assist you, as this would be something they want to take a look at. You can reach them via the "help" menu in Canvas, and they can get more in-depth and look at your specific issue.
