Massive lag while building new quizzes

Is anyone else experiencing massive lag while building new quizzes? Migrating the quiz works fine, but when I go into the "build" function to adjust the migrated questions, the window freezes between every action (selecting, deleting, copying, pasting, connecting questions to stimuli, etc). I don't have any other windows open or running but all other websites are working at normal speeds when I tested them.
