I've seen similar issues posted here in the Community and on a Facebook group that I'm a part of on social media. My recommendation for you would be to report this to Canvas Support so that it can be logged. Most likely, this has been reported already, but if you report it as well, you'll be added to the existing ticket so that Canvas Support can let you know if/when the issue has been resolved.
