New Quiz "failed to clone quiz entry" Error

When trying to update a question that already has student submissions in a new quiz, I'm unable to create a clone of the question with the update needed. I receive a "failed to clone quiz entry." error. Is this a known issue? The course was linked to a blueprint, but at this time is no longer linked to the blueprint anymore. Feedback would be appreciated.
