Anyone else having issues with the below.
First issue
There are quizzes (new) from last year, that I am going to use again this year.
So I went to last year course and selected Send To and my name. Stated it was successful. I then opened this school year course and went to Share Content and sure enough there it was. So I then clicked Import and selected the course. Got message that said "Import Started Successfully" Next I go search on imported assignment and it is not there. Waited about 30 minutes and nothing.
I sent it again thinking I missed a step. Same result. I sent a New Quiz 4 times and it never showed up on imported assignments. I never has this problem last year.
I then decided to try Copy To and that worked, but this still does not solve the problem with Send To and Importing mentioned above.
Second issue
I used New Quizzes as Bell Ringers. There is a bell ringer that I used today that I would like to use again tomorrow. I am just changing a few questions. I went to the far right where the 3 dots are at. I clicked Duplicate and it showed like it was creating it, but it never did. It spun and eventually timed out. The options were "Try Again or Cancel" So I then tried using Duplicate and got the same error. Showed like it was creating, about about 7 or 8 minutes, it stopped and stated there was an error. Retry or Cancel.
There are no issues with duplicating Pages or Assignments.

I am sorry you are experiencing issues with New Quizzes. If you haven't already, I recommend contacting Canvas Support so that they can look into your problem and see if the engineers need to do something on their end to fix it. I am aware that there have been a lot of issues with importing and migrating. I don't recommend duplicating as it may override your original version. I do recommend putting the questions in an Item Bank and then "import" the questions from the bank to prevent overriding of previously created quizzes.

I have the same issue. I created a new quiz and tried to share it with my team mates through shared content. They import it and it goes no where. I have tried sending it in a module and just by itself. I also added it to Commons and they can see it, but it won't import. All of my questions are in the item bank. It also won't show the rocket to help me build my quiz content with a school template. I emailed canvas support on Monday with no response.
We received reports of this issue with the Send To feature and the quiz just disappears into thin air after everything else indicates the import is done. For years we also used Commons sharing and now none of our quizzes shared via Commons are working either.
I just wanted to add that we are also experiencing this issue and I put in a ticket to support today (no response just yet).
After support told my team member that we would need to use course imports, I opened my own ticket with support and was told our "engineers are currently aware and is investigating this behavior."
Also, for the OP, if you are reusing your own quizzes, you can use the Copy To option to send to this year's courses or use the course import tool. Send To is really designed to share items with colleagues.
So I think I figured out the problem, after you import it and it seems to disappear into thin air, you can go to the module you want to drop it in and press the + sign and add quiz. You can search for your quiz there in the list of quizzes you have already made.
@mrobinson5 I'm not having that experience. I've tested Send To with several quizzes. It does not show up in the selected module and is not listed on the Assignments Index or Quizzes Index screens. I have tried Send To where I have selected a destination module and where I have left that option blank and the quiz does not show up anywhere in my course.
I am also having issues with using the direct share feature to send New Quizzes to other users. It either doesn't work or I get a classic quiz with no questions.
