Quiz submissions not populating, grades/attempts show up in Moderate tab (New Quizzes)

Encountering an issue where students are emailing that they have finished their quiz and can see the results after their attempt but their grades for the assignment. On the instructor's end, their attempt still shows as missing. Inthe Moderate tab for that quiz and you can see their attempts along with the grades they got for that attempt. 

However, this grade does not show up in the gradebook itself. This occurs with both assignments with one attempt and multiple and all attempts are submitted on time. Has anyone encountered this issue and know how to resolve this?

Thank you for contacting the Instructure Community. We're sorry to hear you've been experiencing issues with new quizzes not updating correctly. There has been an issue with this over the last  day or two at Canvas - quiz scores are not updating or reflecting as intended. Canvas engineers are aware of the issue and are working on resolving it ASAP. It should be fixed for everyone within a timely manner and you should automatically see scores populating as intended. If you are looking for an update or experience  similar issues it may be worth letting your school know directly so they can work with Canvas in documenting these cases. Hopefully this helps.
