SpeedGrader does not show all questions

A teacher at my institution is grading a quiz (New Quizzes) and when she views her students answers in SpeedGrader some questions aren't displayed in some cases. Does anyone know why? Is it possible that they are simply not shown in Speedgrader if the student in question skipped the question?

Thank you for posting on the Instructure Community!

This is strange behavior, I haven't come across this problem using New Quizzes before. When it comes to questions not being shown, New Quizzes does not eliminate from showing teachers the questions students haven't answered, instead it brings up a red box displaying No Answer. 

Is it possible that the teacher that's experiencing this issue made changes to the quiz by adding or removing questions after some students edited it? Maybe that's why not all the questions she intends on viewing aren't appearing. Just a thought.

I am also having this issue with an assignment--no idea what is going on or how to see the missing questions (which are not consistent across students).

Oh! I may have solved it for myself: I turned on "build on last attempt" for this assignment for the first time. The missing questions are only on a second attempt, and are the ones that students got correct on the first attempt.

Hello @Maria2503 . A similar situation faced @BrookMoyers , who shared that build on last attempt was enabled. Does that solution work for you too?

I'm encountering this on a classic quiz. I also used the build on last attempt feature, but I only have one student where I'm only seeing a portion of their quiz in Speed Grader. I'm currently taking work samples, and need a full view of her quiz, but I cannot seem to find a way to see the full quiz!
