I love to use ungraded surveys with choices such as:
However, with the quizzes this seems an impossible feat. I checked out the Community answers and the most useful one I could find was in 2020. The contributor's last remarks (who was using New Quizzes) was hoping that Canvas would come up with a solution. It is 2024; is there a way to create a survey that is ungraded, can be tracked completed or incomplete, and does NOT require a correct answer for each question? It is a survey, which implies no right answer.
PLEASE help 🙂

Hello @DrBonnie - I've also read this workaround at the link below which involves creation of a graded survey. Recall we can place this survey 'assignment' within an assignment group worth 0% of the course grade.
But sometimes we need to shift gears and look for a different tool. Do you have access to Microsoft 365? If yes, see MS Forms for a fine survey feature. It is ungraded as it does not integrate with Canvas. A how to guide from Microsoft.
Example survey in MS Forms
