I am intrigued by your question, but I a hoping that you will be able to offer some additional information specific to your situation.
- Are you referring to Canvas, or another Instructure product?
- What do you mean by "new portal"? Can you add a screen shot to show what you are seeing?
- Is this an account that is associated with a school or university? If so, is it possible to check with the Tech Dept. or Canvas admin to ask them about the email associated with your account?
Any other details you feel might be important could also be helpful to find a solution to this issue.
