Hi, folks.
It has been impossible to upload new badges into my backpack the last days. One of my badges expired as of June 1st, but I was sent a fresh one by the issuer. When trying to upload it, this is what I get (see below):
There have been problems with the online JSON files that describe the format for badges. See https://github.com/1EdTech/openbadges-validator-core/issues/257.
The validator at https://badgecheck.io/ was broken due to this issue, but now works fine again. Perhaps this is a caching issue? But then again I would not expect that to last for days..
Can somebody look into this? Or point me to the proper person to contact? For now, the backpack (at least for me) is severely broken.
Thanks.

Hi Fortean,
That does seem to be a fairly complex issue; have you reached out to Credential (AKA Badgr) support regarding this matter? You should be able to do so through this site - https://support.badgr.com/en/knowledge/kb-tickets/new - or through their email csky-badgr-support@instructure.com. They should be one of the best sources for getting definitive help on this matter.
This error in particular is a bit over my head, though I would recommend double checking your connected email on your account that you're uploading the badge too, and ensuring that it's the one that was sent the badge, as unlikely as it is to cause the issue.
Hi Folks, it has been over a week now, and it seems nobody cares / or reads this at all. THE SŸSTEM IS BROKEN. I repeat: THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN.
Please, have sombody look into this. as it is now, verification of my certificates is back to the 1980's, when i had to present a stack of falsifiable papers to those interested..
