Student Badges Not Being Awarded

Hello,

My company is using a regular Badgr account. We have a badge claim problem in one of our courses.(issuer is Postman) Our students have contacted us saying they are unable to claim their badge. Each time a student completes our course they are instructed to claim their badge using a Badgr "Claim badge" link we provide them via automated email. But our students are saying the link does not work. When they check their Badgr backpack they don't have the badge even though they successfully completed the course. As a result we have had to grant the students badges manually.

I appreciate your assistance and timely response on this issue. We would like to resolve this and prevent future students from encountering this issue.
