Anne Blackwell received a Master’s Degree in Technology and Instructional Design from University of South Carolina and is currently a Dedicated Learning Consultant at Instructure (Canvas). Prior to Canvas, Anne taught 21 years in the classroom ranging from Kindergarten to Higher Education classes.
Her professional interests focus on literacy for developing/emerging readers and technology implications on developmental milestones ages 3-8. In addition, Anne was nominated school and county teacher of the year twice in her district during her tenure. A fun fact about Anne is she majored in music education (oboe) as an undergraduate and has played every Rodgers and Hammerstein Broadway orchestra pit.
