As we wrap up Quarter 3, also known as our "Peak Season," we reflect on an incredibly busy and exciting time for our team. This period marks the beginning of the academic year for many of our customers, and it’s always a time of high activity and collaboration across the organization. Our primarily US-based team has been working hard to meet the demands of the season, and we’re thrilled to have welcomed new global team members, adding fresh energy and perspectives to our efforts. Read on for more updates in our upcoming "What’s New" section!
New name, who dis? The Training Services Portal is being renamed to the On-Demand Training Portal! Our team has been known internally as the On-Demand team, and this name change brings better alignment to the primary services the Portal offers to reduce confusion with the in-person and remote strategic and training services offered by our fantastic Consulting teams. We are still working through the rebranding process, but just know that Training Services Portal (TSP) = On-Demand Training (ODT) Portal.
New faces! We are thrilled to welcome new team members to our small but mighty On-Demand team. This past quarter, we’ve been onboarding three new team members from the Philippines.
For those with a Premium subscription to the On-Demand Training Portal we are excited to share that we have added a new Live Webinar offering.
This quarter has been all about updates!
Our team strives to continually improve our offerings, and your input plays a significant role in our course assessment and updates process. Be on the lookout for an all-new end-of-course survey. We value this feedback, and with our new survey, we aim to collect more targeted feedback to improve current content and inspire ideas for new offerings.
