Your guess is as good as mine on this one. It looks like you are possibly enrolled in multiple courses called "Module ## ##", and so you'd need to speak with your school's local Canvas administrator or someone in your school's Online Learning / eLearning department to see if they can unenroll you from those courses. We here in the Community wouldn't be able to do this for you because we do not have access to your course(s) or your school's Canvas environment. I found this page on Columbia's website that might be of help to you (it has some contact information on the page): CourseWorks powered by CUIT. I hope this will help...good luck!
