Is there a solution for Standards-Based Grading to Sync to Skyward SIS

Hello!  Does anyone know if Canvas has the ability to Sync Standards-Based Grades/Grading "words" to the Skyward SIS?  

Specifically, here's what the teacher asked, "It would be awesome if Canvas grades spoke directly to Skyward, so instead of sending out a number grade, we can send out the results of performance outcomes."
