Submitting Syllabus screen shot

I am doing the yellow belt training and attempting to submit my syllabus, but I am having multiple issues. I cannot seem t get the main area to populate with the file I am uploading. All it show is the link to the file. Also I do not see where I can actually submit the screen shot. And I do have Windows and used the screen shot taking method recommended and nothing happened. I am not sure if I am not holding the keys down long enough or the order in which I am supposed to press them.
