Sync Sis Categories

When attempting to sync assignments to PowerSchool(under sync sis categories), I see them marked as "unassociated" with no other options available. Any idea why that is happening or how to fix that issue?

Members of the community here unfortunately won't be able to access your specific Canvas setup. Your best course of action is to utilize your support structure at your institution regarding the grade sync functionality. They will be able to best help you out and can escalate as needed.
