Missing functions in the Comments RCE

The functions to add images and math equations appear to be missing from the Comments RCE in SpeedGrader Upgrades, please see screenshots below comparing the two.

I can confirm this is the same in our instance. I don't see any mention in the documentation that this is intentional.

Hi @james_whalley and @paulamiranda. Thanks for flagging this. Our team is aware and we're actively working on adding the additional functionality the the RCE in updated SpeedGrader.

Yeah, this limitation in the "new" Speedgrader is killing me. I need to be able to include images in order to give feedback in my math courses.
