Has anyone else had multiple users reporting errors when grading with the SpeedGrader Upgrade? We were only able to resolve timeout errors by disabling the upgrade in the users course. Here are a few samples:

Thank you for submitting a case on this. One of our instructors mentioned that adding comments was locking up their browser, they needed to write their overall comment in word and copy and paste. They mentioned that scoring on the rubric was fine and adding comments there was not bad.
