We've heard from instructors that the Comment Library in SpeedGrader is not very useful because it only allows them to add one comment, total, and because it can only be it to the general comments box, as opposed to adding it to an area within the DocViewer. This is how it currently works in both the legacy and in the upgraded SpeedGrader.

We'd like to request and advocate for a more useful version of the Comment Library that would allow multiple comments that can be dragged and dropped into the student submission, similar to how Quickmarks works in the Turnitin Similarity Report:

Thanks so much for sharing this feedback! Weāve heard from many instructors that the current Comment Library in SpeedGrader could be more flexible and useful, and we have some improvements coming shortly.
Right now, weāre starting with small changes to the Comment Library, with the goal of making it more organized and easier to use. Your suggestion for multiple reusable comments and better integration with DocViewer is definitely something weāll consider as we continue enhancing this feature.
Please stay tuned, weāll have a blog post coming soon with updates on the improvements that are on the way.
Great, thank you so much for the update, @YasiAfsharnive . Good to know there will be some improvements made to this feature. Our team will keep an eye out for updates as we continue evaluating SpeedGrader Upgrades before rolling it out to our campus.
