When a student resubmits in a discussion, the assignment does not show up in my to do list to grade. How can I get notified when the student resubmits?

I have missed grading some discussion assignments when a student resubmits because the resubmitted assignment is not showing up on my to do list. Is there a way to be notified in the to do list when this happens?

I know that I can subscribe to the discussion and be notified through email, but I would prefer just seeing these in my to do list. Thanks!
