Is there a way to backup and restore courses in canvas lms just like Moodle with student ineractions, submissions and grading included? If yes, how as I cannot see a straightforward option in the admin area to do that. There must be an out of the box way to do that. If not, what other easy and bulk way is there to do that?

What file extension is for canvas lms courses? e.g. a moodle course backed up file has .mbz as file extension. Pls advise as it is urgent.
