Our university is transferring its LMS from Moodle to Canvas.

Here's what I do to import my math quizzes into Moodle:

1. I typeset the entire quiz on LaTeX.
2. Using the package moodle, LaTeX produces a PDF copy of the quiz along with a XML file.
3. I go to Moodle, import the XML file and place it in the appropriate question bank.

Is there a similar method for Canvas?

Here's what I have done so far. I placed the XML into a zip folder and imported it via Settings > Import Course Content. I tried the same thing with a QTI file placed in a zip folder. The file is imported without problems, but the questions do not appear in the question bank.
