[ARCHIVED] "Forgot My Password" not working

I am putting my email into the "forgot my password" feature and hitting "request password, and I am never getting an email back from the system. I tried multiple times yesterday and then even tried again today. This is really not working for me that I can't reset my password, and there are no other ways to get help that I can either see or have been able to find, either a phone number or an online chat feature.

Someone, please help!

I know I'm putting in my email correctly.

Edit: I keep checking my Spam folder too
